Our founder Henri instilled in his team the importance of going above and beyond for the customer.

He would do his best to accommodate special requests, attend events to ensure everything would run smoothly, encourage his

staff to check on guest needs and make sure the customer's kitchen would be left cleaner than he found it before leaving.

After all these years, we continue to follow in Henri's footsteps.

 

We take pride in the personalized service we give our customers, and it begins with our dedicated team.

Henri's Exquisite Catering does not outsource chefs, captains, bartenders and serving staff.

Our staff have been with us for many years; we are proud to personally know the people that work with us.

In fact, our operations are managed by a father-daughter team! 

 

Our customers are very important to us, when you get in touch with Henri's Exquisite Catering you will not deal with a list of people or have to go through many channels to get your message across. Our catering coordinator Laura is your only point of contact and will happily answer any questions you may have.

Executive Chef, Cres

Beginning his journey with Henri's at the age of 19, Cres worked his way up the kitchen, working alongside Henri at the catering kitchen and serving at events. Eventually, Chef Cres was put in charge of managing catering kitchen operations. He is the heart and soul of this company.

" My favorite thing about catering is making food that people love. I feel pride and joy when customers and their guests compliment the food I make. That is why I personally attend every wedding and most events; to make sure there is always plenty of food and that everything runs smoothly".

Creative Coordinator, Rebecca

Rebecca is a UCSB alum with a degree in art. She has been overlooking all things creative at Henri's for 7 years. 

"I love graphic design and being able to have a creative outlet through my work at the catering. I make all the floral arrangements for our full service events as well as the signage for our food displays. I love dressing up our buffets; we like to coordinate with our client's theme and color scheme so that everything is cohesive. I get great satisfaction after going to walkthroughs, meetings, talking details and finally seeing an event come to life!"

Catering Coordinator, Laura

Laura graduated Cal State Northridge in 2009 with a degree Psychology and Human Resources Management. For 10 years, she has been managing office operations at the catering, from booking events, managing staff and posting on social media.

"I am a photography enthusiast, I manage our instagram page and capture most of the photos you see on our feed. I just love to help our customers plan their special events! As catering coordinator, I am the only point of contact our customers will have. I attend all weddings we cater and most other events as well."
